Food Safety Tips

  • Remember to carefully read the product packaging to find proper storage temperatures. If it is below 4°C, place the product in the coolest area in your fridge.
  • Cool leftovers and then store them in the fridge within 90 minutes of preparing.
  • Never put open cans in the fridge as the metal of the can may transfer into the can's contents. Transfer the contents into a storage container or covered bowl.
  • Don’t allow raw and cooked products to come in contact with each other.
  • Clean your fridge on a regular basis.
  • Arrange food in your fridge so cold air can circulate around it. Never overstock the refrigerator or freezer.
